We are proud to partner with LSU's Harvest of the Month and Seeds to Success to present Adventuresome Eating Club, a new initiative to teach children the importance of healthy eating habits, how local produce is grown, and share simple recipes they can make at home.
Knock Knock will be open to the public on Friday, September 13th at 11am. We will not be holding Member Mingle hours. We greatly appreciate your patience as we work toward getting our facility back up after Hurricane Francine.
Knock Knock will be closed on Thursday, September 12th to assess damage from Hurricane Francine. We will re-open on Friday, September 13th.
We host Play 4 All— inclusive, “after hours” events tailored for children with disabilities and special needs, along with their families, caregivers, and therapists. Play 4 All creates a sensory-friendly environment with low lighting, reduced noise, and adaptive equipment, ensuring all children can enjoy specially designed activities.
Celebrate your grandparents and show them how fun it is to play at Knock Knock! Explore the museum and participate in fun activities all weekend long!
Come meet Arián Avalos, a research geneticist from the USDA-ARS Honey Bee Breeding, Genetics, and Physiology Research for National Honeybee Day! Arian will teach children all about bees, honey, and hives, sharing fascinating insights into the world of honey bees.
