open-face tic-tac-toe sandwiches
Makes 1 sandwich
1 slice reduced-fat American cheese
1 slice bread
1/2 slice reduced-fat processed Swiss cheese
1/2 slice extra lean ham
Circular carrot slices
- Place American cheese on top of bread. Cut Swiss cheese into four narrow strips and arrange on top of American cheese to form tic-tac-toe board
- Cut strips of hand to form X’s, and use carrot circles for O’s. Arrange on tic-tac-toe board in a pattern that you like.
- Toast in toaster over or broil under hot broiler until cheese bubbles.
