open-face tic-tac-toe sandwiches

Ingredients

Makes 1 sandwich 

1 slice reduced-fat American cheese

1 slice bread

1/2 slice reduced-fat processed Swiss cheese

1/2 slice extra lean ham

Circular carrot slices

Recipe

  1. Place American cheese on top of bread. Cut Swiss cheese into four narrow strips and arrange on top of American cheese to form tic-tac-toe board
  2. Cut strips of hand to form X’s, and use carrot circles for O’s. Arrange on tic-tac-toe board in a pattern that you like.
  3. Toast in toaster over or broil under hot broiler until cheese bubbles.
