A Knock Knock Children’s Museum membership is an investment in your family and in a community jewel that welcomes over 140,000 visitors each year.
Admissions and memberships provide an important source of revenue, but they don’t cover what it takes to operate the museum. Your membership helps bridge the funding gap that keeps our 18 interactive Learning Zones, educational programs, exhibits, and family experiences thriving year-round.

Membership Details
- Any child under 24 months is FREE.
- Any adult using the membership must be the account holder or a Membership Buddy*.
- *A Membership Buddy is an adult who can use the membership if the Account
Holder is not present.
- *A Membership Buddy is an adult who can use the membership if the Account
- Add an additional adult or child to any membership for $45 each (limit of 4, some restrictions apply).
- Members and Gift Membership recipients will receive an email confirmation with the purchase of their membership and a downloadable Digital Membership Card.
- Special signature events may require special admission tickets.

A New Experience for Members
NEW Member Portal
Knock Knock Children’s Museum is excited to unveil a new and improved Membership Portal on our website!
With this new portal, you can easily view and download your membership card, receive exclusive announcements, view upcoming events, and more!
Signing in is easy – no password is needed!
- Simply log in with the email address registered with your membership.
- A verification code will be sent to your inbox. Input the verification code and you’ll be logged into the portal!
- Didn’t receive the code? Check your spam/junk folder!
We highly encourage you to sign up for notifications to receive event registrations, changes in hours, calendar dates, and more! You can do so on the home page, next to “Recent Announcements.”

TheraPLAY memberships offer credentialed therapists the opportunity to bring patients and families to the museum at no cost to the family. TheraPlay memberships are open to professional licensed occupational, physical, speech, mental health, and behavioral health therapists. Funded by a generous grant from the Charles Lamar Family Foundation, TheraPLAY expands access and meaningfully enhances services for families of children with special needs.
Eligible TheraPLAY members must apply for a TheraPLAY membership and provide a current Louisiana therapy license or other required documentation.

Donor Memberships Open Doors
You can open doors for other children in our community to LEARN through PLAY every day at Knock Knock. Donate on top of your membership and support our Access for All initiatives, benefitting children with disabilities or special needs, as well as children and families who may not otherwise have the financial means to visit the museum.

- List price does not include sales tax.
- Children’s names are not listed on memberships for security reasons.
- Members must present our Digital Membership Card or a valid state ID to enter.
- Primary member is non-transferable.
- Special events may require special admission tickets.
- The Account Holder or a named adult Member Buddy must be present to use the membership.
- Knock Knock reserves the right to cancel any membership without notice if it is determined that the member(s) are acting inappropriately or disobeying Knock Knock rules.
