Knock Knock in the Know back to school workshop

Join us Wednesday, July 23 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. for a FREE Knock Knock in the Know family workshop. Back to School – Smart Start will share tips for families on preparing healthy meals and snacks for busy kids, how to help kids get the right amount of rest and exercise, and strategies for limiting sugar intake and screen time. Bring kids!

Experts from Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital’s Weight and Nutrition Center and Pennington Biomedical Research Center’s Greaux Healthy Program share evidenced-based tips on what works.
