Learn how to earn, spend, save and give!

Knock Knock Children’s Museum and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants (LCPA) are putting the FUN back in fundamental financial literacy for children! The annual “Earn and Learn—Financial Literacy Weekend” will take place Saturday, October 5, and Sunday, October 6. Admission on Sunday is free to the public.

The Earn and Learn initiative introduces children to financial literacy through fun, hands-on activities. Visitors can complete jobs in 18 Learning Zones to earn wooden tokens, which they can save or spend at the play Earn & Learn Shop. LCPA volunteers guide children through tasks like working in a farmer’s market, garage, or restaurant, and even donating food, helping them explore career pathways, money identification, and financial decision-making.
