Make Pop Art with Featured Artist, Michael Albert
Artist Michael Albert will lead us in a fun collage art making class on June 29th at Knock Knock Children’s Museum. The classes will be set up for 3 different sessions in our Maker Shop. We ask that you reigister for the class, but it is included with regular admission!
As part of his Summer Pop Art Tour, American Pop Artist Michael Albert will be bringing his nationally known Cereal Box Collage Workshop to the Knock Knock Children’s Museum in Baton Rouge for two special art-making sessions for families on Sunday, June 29th, and Thursday, July 3rd. Recommended for children aged 5-8.
He will be set up for a Hands-On Collage workshop where participants (kids & grown-ups) will have the chance to create their own masterpieces using Albert’s materials of choice, mainly cereal boxes and other colorful cardboard packages. All participants will receive a free signed poster of one of Albert’s creations as a special gift for joining him in this creative art-making session.
