March’s harvest is strawberries Come try our strawberry salsa in the Big Backyard!
We will learn about local, fresh, strawberries while exploring healthy eating through hands-on food. In partnership with the LSU Ag Center’s Harvest of the Month program and Seeds to Success programs, the activity will teach children about healthy eating through food exploration and preparation. By making healthy eating fun and adventurous, Knock Knock aims to help create a foundation for lifelong wellness.
