NEW Digital Membership Card
Knock Knock is going high-tech! To improve your membership experience, we are introducing our new downloadable Digital Membership Cards for all new and current members. Your digital membership card is your exclusive ticket to all that Knock Knock has to offer including expedited check-in, entrance into member-only and special events, and discounts on birthday parties, Knock Knock Shop merchandise and facility rentals.
Your digital card display all of your membership information including your name, membership level, and expiration date. And just like a printed card, this card also has a “backside.” The “back” of your Digital Membership Card contains all the pertinent information about the museum such as hours of operation, a list of member benefits, and special event information. Everything you need to make the most of your Knock Knock experience is literally at your fingertips. This information will be updated throughout the year so you will always be up to date.
As always, your membership guarantees your family unlimited access to play with a purpose in our 18 Learning Zones which helps develop literacy, interpersonal skills, fine motor skills, and a thirst for knowledge all while having a blast.
How it Works
Current Members
Your Digital Membership Card was sent to the email address of the person listed as the Primary Member on your membership account. The email contains easy-to-understand, step-by-step instructions to download your exclusive Digital Membership Card to both iOS and Android devices. Once it’s downloaded you’re ALL set to use your card the next time you come to Play with Purpose at Knock Knock.
Each Digital Membership Card contains a unique barcode that serves as your exclusive ticket to all the unlimited playful learning experiences you and your children love and value.
It’s so easy to use. When you arrive at Knock Knock, simply show our Visitor Experience Coordinator your Digital Membership Card on your phone. They’ll scan it and THAT’S IT! You and your children are ready to PLAY, CREATE, and EXPLORE!
New Members
As a new member, you have immediate access to all membership benefits including unlimited access to play with a purpose in our 18 Learning Zones. Your Digital Membership Card will be used as your exclusive ticket on all future visits to Knock Knock.
Your Digital Membership Card will be sent to the email address of the person listed as the Primary Member on your membership account within two (2) business days of purchase. The email contains easy-to-understand, step-by-step instructions to download your exclusive Digital Membership Card to both iOS and Android devices.
Once it’s downloaded, it’s a breeze to use. Simply show our Visitor Experience Coordinator your Digital Membership Card on your phone. They’ll scan it and THAT’S IT! You and your children are ready to PLAY, CREATE, and EXPLORE!
