berry smoothie

Ingredients

Makes 2 heaping (3/4 cup) servings. 

1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen

1/2 cup blueberries

1 small banana

1/4 cup skim milk

1/4 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

Recipe

  1. In food processor or blender, mix all ingredients until well blended. Serve immediately.
