During the week of April 22nd, Knock Knock explores the wonder of nature with a series of hands on activities designed to celebrate spring. Join the fun Tuesday-Friday with Geaux to Greaux pop ups for visitors of all ages to dig into the idea of “Farm to Table,” what growing and eating local means, and how all of this effects the health of our bodies, community and world. This program partners LSU PreK-3 Science Teaching Methods students with esteemed LSU scientists whose research focuses on raising the foods we eat, to develop dynamic hands on lessons that bridge the gap between academia and learning through exploratory play.
