Candle-dipping and Campfire Games with Cassidy Creek

Sculptor and teaching artist Cassidy Creek explores fire with wax.  Cassidy will demonstrate casting wax sculptures. After her demonstration, children are invited to participate in two, hands-on beeswax candle making workshops. Children will dip candles in multicolored wax and decorate them. This free workshop* is designed for children 4 and older, and it requires registration.

1:00 p.m. – 1:20 p.m. – Wax casting demonstration (open to the public)

1:30 p.m. -2:30 p.m. – Candle Dipping Workshop I

3:00 p.m. -4:00 p.m. – Candle Dipping Workshop II
